Jeg har efterhånden installeret Linuxversioner på flere gamle laptops for bekendte og er flere gange løbet ind i trådløse netkort som mangler firmware der ikke er til rådighed eller andre defekter på det trådløse netkort.
En nem og billig løsning er at anskaffe en lille USB trådløs adapter som fx denne her

Den koster kun godt en 100 kroner, fylder næsen intet og har virket lige ud af skabet hver gang indtil videre :thumbup:

Jeg har faktisk overvejet at få sådan en lille én - det eneste, der skiller mig fra at have en komplet Fri Software-maskine, er mit netværkskort, som kræver en særlig driver. På den anden side er det måske ikke SÅ nødvendigt...
